Alpha Series Connecting Rods for Honda’s K20C1 – Civic Type R 17+ FK8 Skunk2 Alpha Series Rods feature an H-Beam design that is precision CNC machined from high-strength aircraft-grade 4340 alloy steel forgings that are then heat treated, tempered, and shot peen stress relieved. Skunk2 Alpha rods come with bronze wrist pin bushings and feature forced pin oiling. Each rod incorporates ARP2000 fasteners rated at over 220,000psi and can handle between 175hp to 200hp per cylinder on average.
